We offer a 14-day return policy.
This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a
return.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their
original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please also include
the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fireworks Returns Due to safety requirements, fireworks must be returned
through a licensed hazardous goods courier at your expense. If you cannot
arrange this, we can coordinate the return and deduct the cost from your
refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us
right away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly
address the issue. Only sign for the number of boxes received.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, complete a return for the original
item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you
of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment
method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card
companies may take additional time to process the refund.
